Registrations

All services and products included in the ticket price are clearly labelled. If you are unsure about what is included, please contact us.

Travel, accommodation, and meals (aside from lunch) are the responsibility of the registrant or attendee.

Cancellation and Transfers

Registrations are binding and are non-refundable.

Tickets can be transferred to another named individual up to two weeks before the event. Please contact us if you wish to do this.

Tickets are only valid for the officially registered attendee and can not be given to another individual without the consent of the organiser.

Event Changes and Cancellation

We will do our best to deliver the conference and workshops as promoted. Changes to the programme may be necessary, however. In the event of a speaker cancelling, we reserve the right to book a replacement speaker.

In the event that the conference or workshops are cancelled, due to low sales, natural disasters, or any unforeseen circumstances, tickets will be refunded in full. In such an event, organisers will not be responsible for any other claims.

Attendee Requirements

We will do our best to accommodate attendee requirements. The venue will be fully wheelchair accessible. It is the responsibility of the registrant, or attendee, to make the organiser aware of any further further requirements, which might include, but isn't limited to, accessibility or dietary issues.

Right of Refusal

Organisers reserve the right to refuse registration, or admission, for any reason that they deem reasonable.

Organisers also reserve the right to remove any attendees due to disruptive or otherwise unacceptable behaviour.

Code of Conduct

All attendees will be required to agree to our Code of Conduct.

Photography and Recordings

Talks will be recorded and photographs may be taken for promotional purposes. By registering and attending, you give permission to the organisers to use recordings and photographs in which you may appear.
